How long does the Free Trial last?
FREE access to your account lasts for 30 days. If you're loving Webexpenses you can continue using it for $3,500 (AUS) per annum.
How quickly can I get started?

Depending on your requirements, some businesses have been set up in as little as 2 hours.

With support from one of our team members, we can help you get started quickly and confidently, ensuring everything is configured correctly before you roll the platform out to your team.

Is there a product demo or guided walkthrough?

Yes. Our team will guide you through creating and processing your first claim, while also introducing key features such as emailing receipts directly from your inbox and providing proxy access to help create and approve claims on behalf of others.

Is my data secure?

Can I set up a direct credit card feed?

Yes, we can set up a direct credit card feed for corporate credit cards. This is completed once your trial has been confirmed.

What happens when the trial ends?

At the end of your 30-day free trial, your 12-month agreement will begin automatically so you can continue using the platform without interruption.

If you decide not to proceed, simply let us know at least 48 hours before the trial ends.

Can I cancel the trial at anytime?

Yes. If you decide the platform isn’t the right fit for your business, you can choose not to continue by giving us at least 48 hours’ notice before the end of the 30-day trial.
